Shillong, Nov 5: Meghalaya Men’s Cricket Team beat Sikkim on Friday in the Round 2-Plate in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in the Gokaraju Liala Gangaaraju ACA Cricket Ground at Mulapadu, Andra Pradesh.
Akash Kumar picked up 3 wickets from four overs whilst Chengkam Sangma and Kilco R Marak picked up 2 wickets each. Meghalaya scored a total of 116 runs where D B Ravi Teja and Lari batted for a total of 56 runs.
Meghalaya Men’s team will take on Vidarbha on November 6 at 1 PM at the same venue.
Meghalaya is on top of the group, having played 2 matches and winning both with 8 points. Followed by Vidarbha and Tripura with 4 points each.
