Amanda Pakyntein, wife of sitting legislator from Mawkynrew and former cabinet minister Banteidor Lyngdoh, on Monday filed her nomination papers from Mawkynrew on a National People’s Party (NPP) ticket for the upcoming elections to the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) and expressed confidence to win the seat.
