Assam cabinet underwent a major reshuffle on Tuesday after chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma taken over the health and family welfare portfolio from Keshab Mahanta.
After 24 hours of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the other 71 ministers' swearing-in, Portfolios were allocated to many ministers. However, a complete list is still awaited.
Meghalaya government on Friday decided to rationalise and limit the foreign visits by chief minister, cabinet ministers and officials to two per financial year.
