A high-profile delegation from the French Embassy arrived in Dibrugarh today to assess and explore sustainable solutions for the city’s persistent urban flooding and waterlogging issues.
The Union minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Saturday said that IIT, Guwahati will be studying the causes of artificial floods in the Dibrugarh city based on which a masterplan will be prepared.
