Lone Rajya Sabha MP Dr WR Kharlukhi on Thursday said that the main reason behind the defeat of the National People’s Party (NPP) in the recently concluded Lok Sabha polls from Tura and Shillong seat was because of the “state reservation policy” and not because of BJP's support.
