Deputy Chief Minister in-charge district council affairs (DCA) Prestone Tynsong hit out at Congress working president Deborah Marak’s proposal to revoke GHADC elections only in Shyamnagar and Balachanda, saying the party’s stand disregards what people in Garo Hills actually want.
