In a major crackdown on narcotics, the Special Task Force (STF) of Assam Police seized 537.2 grams of heroin valued at approximately Rs. 4 crore from a truck at Jorabat, located on the Assam-Meghalaya border, early on Monday morning.
The accused have been identified as Sdangki Myrphet (35), son of Scientist Rymbai, and Wandao Bareh (42), son of Delingson Nonghuloo, both residents of Panaliar.
