The Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) has asked the State police to make the 7 border outposts fully operational to provide adequate security to the people residing along the inter-state border so that they can freely decide as far as the issue of boundary dispute is concerned.
The Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) on Tuesday demanded the state government to set up the Shillong campus of the Captain Williamson Sangma State University besides addressing various issues which include regulation of fees in government aided and non-government aided educational institutions in the state.
