In a major breakthrough against terror networks, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Assam Police's Special Task Force (STF) have arrested Shahanur Alam, a suspected operative of the banned terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), from Tukura in Assam's Goalpara district.
