Working President of the Meghalaya State Olympics Association (MSOA), John Kharshiing, on Tuesday informed that the 5th Meghalaya Games 2024 in Tura serves as a 'trial event' for the 39th National Games.
The much-anticipated 5th Meghalaya Games 2024 in Tura will host over 3000 athletes from across the state, with the East Khasi Hills District having the highest number of participants. Till Monday (January 8, 2024), 670 athletes from East Khasi Hills District had registered for the upcoming games.
