In massive crackdown on criminal elements looking to make easy money from traders and businesses by using threats and intimidation, the Special Cell of East Khasi Hills (EKH) on Friday afternoon busted another extortion racket operating in Shillong city. They apprehended four extortionists, including a woman, from Palace Hotel in Ïewduh.
