A Manipur Police constable in Jiribam district shot and killed his senior colleague, a Sub-Inspector, on Saturday following a verbal dispute, officials reported.
Singh said police has been asked to secure the release of two Meitei youth who were kidnapped by armed militants in ethnic-violence hit Manipur's Kangpokpi.
