Altogether, 27 houses were totally gutted during a massive fire incident which took place at Pareng village in Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh on Wednesday night.
Locality head of Lumshyiap, Phira Khongphai mentioned that the fire started around 2 pm, and they suspect that small children were playing with fire and must have spread over to the other side to the PHE Store where PHE pipes were stored.
