Following the death of a woman pedestrian who was hit by a speeding bike at Mawlai, Superintendent of Police (Traffic) East Khasi Hills District, Kamakhya Prasad, said the rider is under the legal driving age, and if found liable, the parents will be punished accordingly by law.
