People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), India, on Tuesday urged the Chief Minister of Assam, Himanta Biswa Sarma, to cease Moh-juj (buffalo fights) and Bulbuli bird fights conducted during the Bhogali Bihu festival and revoke the cabinet decision.
