The Meghalaya SSA Schools Association (MSSASA) on Tuesday asked the state government to grant three weeks’ time to SSA schools, which are unwilling to submit NOC for handing over to the education department, to come up with a decision on the matter.
Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma has assured to invite the SSA teachers for further discussion before the government takes a final call on the need to come up with a policy to regularise their services.
The Meghalaya SSA Schools Association (MSSASA) has decided to soon take a call on the state government's decision to put on proposal for enhancing the salary of over 12,541 SSA teachers across the state.
