A day after a scuffle broke out between some students of the North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) and a mob on Monday night in Hostel no.19 (Rangira). Following a minor argument, one of the students in conversation with Hub News narrated the whole incident.
On the issue of alleged unfair grading practices by North Eastern Hill University (NEHU), the North Eastern Hill University Students’ Union (NEHUSU) staged a protest at the university campus on Wednesday.
Diengdoh said that the announcement made by the university VC Prof Prabha Shankar Shukla was very sudden and hasty decision as it should have been properly discussed with all colleges before taking the decision, so colleges can prepare the requirements.
