In a year-end gift to the people, Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma on Tuesday announced the launch of the 'Mobius Young Climate Leaders' project, an initiative aimed at promoting education, economic, and environmental sustainability in the seven north-eastern states of India.
