Addressing media persons, Joint Director Civil Defence and Homeguards MK Sangma said, “The mock drill will start at 4pm and at 6.30pm we will have the sounding of siren and blackout exercise.”
Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, addressing a press briefing Wednesday morning, said the targets were chosen based on credible intelligence inputs and were aimed at dismantling terrorist infrastructure and neutralising operatives responsible for repeated incursions and attacks on Indian soil.
