The historic achievement was marked by Chief Minister Pema Khandu, who, along with Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, Rajya Sabha MP Nabam Rebia, and the state’s Urban Development Minister Balo Raja, travelled to Pipsorang by road from Tali in Kra-Dadi district. The journey symbolisesd the realization of a promise made by Khandu two years earlier.
