A group of 12 promising startups from Meghalaya’s PRIME Entrepreneurship Program is set to travel to Austria to participate in Vienna UP 2025, one of Europe’s leading startup festivals that brings together innovators, investors, and business leaders from across the globe.
From eco-friendly kitchen towels to innovative nutrition meal boxes, students from six colleges across Meghalaya dazzled judges and audiences alike with their entrepreneurial ingenuity at the Inter-College Ideathon Competition 2024.
26+ faculty members from 15 academic institutions in Meghalaya were on a 5-day startup ecosystem exposure visit to Hyderabad where they visited the world largest incubator T-Hub, prototyping lab T-Works, Agriculture and agri-tech incubator AgHub, Women incubator WeHub and IIT Hyderabad.
A one-day workshop on “Awareness on Opportunities in Entrepreneurship and Start-ups” was held at the Department of Management, North-Eastern Hill University, Tura Campus, on Wednesday (September 6).
