Former NPP state president and lone Rajya Sabha MP Dr WR Kharlukhi on Tuesday said that issue of railway line has already ended since the state government has surrendered Rs 200 crore sanctioned by the Centre for the purpose of land acquisition for implementation of the railway projects in the state.
