A Self Help Group leader who is the president of the Bilcham Cluster Level Federation in Purakhasia went to the police station to report the crime and file an FIR.
The accused will also have to undergo an additional year of simple imprisonment if he fails to pay the Rs 20,000 fine imposed on him by the court, the order stated.
