Opposition Congress MP from Shillong Vincent H Pala has allegedly failed to conevene the DISHA meetings in East Khasi Hills and Ri Bhoi during the last one year.
The Ri Bhoi Police arrested two individuals on Thursday afternoon, suspected of involvement in the killing of a ten-year-old boy in Umtangar, Ri Bhoi District.
From the viral video, it is seen that two people were stealing goods believed to be onions or potatoes from a moving mini-truck and placing the stolen items in a traditional Khasi bag (pla ïew), while two others followed the mini-truck on two Ntorq scooter, both with Meghalaya registration plates.
