Meghalaya government has launched the Watershed Yatra and Self-Help Group (SHG) Mela to secure the state's agricultural future while strengthening its resilience against climate change.
Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Tuesday informed the Assembly that the amount given to Self Help Groups (SHGs) under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Urban Livelihood Mission (DAY-NULM) is likely to increase to Rs 25,000.
