After the tribal student bodies' call for shut down of all business establishments, government offices and private institutions to join their rally on Saturday (August 31), the Manipur government on Friday urged the people not to respond to the tribal bodies call.
Arunachal Pradesh Education minister Pasang Dorjee Sona on Wednesday said the state government has shut around 600 schools, which were either non-functional or had zero enrolment.
