The President of India Droupadi Murmu conferred Padma Shri to Silbi Passah in the field of Art from Meghalaya during Civil Investiture Ceremony in New Delhi today.
Meghalaya state BJP felicitated noted Khasi folk musician Silbi Passah and Minister AL Hek on Saturday, for bringing honour to the state through their recent awards.
