The Drug Reduction, Elimination & Action Mission (DREAM) on Wednesday organised an exposure visit to key vocational training institutes in Shillong for women’s groups, aiming to equip them to identify and mobilise vulnerable youth for skill development as part of its substance abuse prevention strategy.
