Close on the heels of the arrests of ISIS chief Harish Farooqi by Assam STF in Assam's Dhubri , now a fourth years student of Biotechnology at IIT Guwahati has been detained after he created a sensation when he stated in a social media platform that he joined terror outfit, ISIS, and went missing from IIT Guwahati campus.
