Dr. Trudy Tengse A Sangma, SMS-Horticulture, during the course of training, imparted hands-on training on value addition of pineapple and demonstrated the preparation methods of jam, squash, RTS beverages and barfi while Dr. Nirupama Chanu, SMS- Agri Engineer, gave hand-on demonstration on value addition in jack-fruit, preparation of chips, mixture, papad and jam.
The training, conducted in partnership with Arrosa's Kitchen, commenced on Monday (July 29, 2024) and is being held in various locations including Tura, Ampati, and other district headquarters across Garo Hills.
