An arms trader was arrested by the Government Railway Police (GRP) from the Silchar-Agartala Express during a routine passenger check and recovered two pistols and two magazines from his possession.
The passenger has been identified as Biswajit Debnath(41). Debnath was flying on a Guwahati-Agartala IndiGo flight when he tried to open the emergency exit of the aircraft before his co-passengers pulled him back.
