Ri-Bhoi Superintendent of Police, VS Rathore, on Tuesday issued a directive instructing all Officer-in-Charges of Police Stations, Outposts, Beat Houses, PICs, ADCs and other relevant units to form Community Liaison Groups (CLGs) within their respective areas of operation.
