Agartala, Feb 11: Three Bangladeshi women have been arrested by the Government Railway Police in Tripura.
The trio were arrested for illegally entering India.
The three women identified as Mousumi, Jharna, and Rehana from Dhaka, crossed the borders at Sonamura in the Sepahijala district to enter Tripura.
The detained individuals will be presented before the court, with charges under relevant sections of the Indian Passport Act.
Along with the Bangladeshi national, three Indian citizens were apprehended for providing logistic support.
