Shillong, June 28: Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Monday informed that the state government is still waiting for the Centre’s decision on the demand for implementation of the Inner Line Permit (ILP) in the state.

Addressing media persons, Conrad said the state government has already submitted the resolution passed by the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly in 2019 to the government of India.

“We are waiting for the response of the government of India,” he said.
