Tripura Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu on Thursday inaugurated the renowned “Milan Mela-2024,” a four-day cultural extravaganza aimed at showcasing local culinary artists and budding talents at the Fatikroy HS School playground. Speaker Biswa Bandhu Sen, Minister Santana Chakma and Tinku Roy were also attended the mela. Minister Sudhangshu Das, who also chairs the Mela committee, highlighted the growing popularity of Milan Mela among the district’s residents over the past five years. He emphasized the event’s role in fostering cultural bonds among the community besides promoting local culture artists and taking the young people towards the positive path to achieve success.
