Agartala, July 13: Three Bangladeshi nationals and an Indian tout were arrested by the Border Security Forces (BSF) from Sabroom in southern Tripura on Friday
According to officials, they were arrested for illegally entering India through different routes.
Border Security Force (BSF) spokesman said that personnel of the border guarding force arrested three more Bangladeshi nationals and an Indian tout from Sabroom in southern Tripura.
On the other hand, the Government Railway Police (GRP) apprehended seven Bangladeshi nationals in Tripura for illegally entering into India on Thursday.
A GRP official said seven Bangladeshi nationals, including four women, were arrested from the Agartala railway station on Thursday night when they were trying to board a Guwahati-bound train.
The seven Bangladeshi citizens who infiltrated into Tripura illegally, intending to travel by train to major Indian cities,were arrested by railway police at Agartala Railway Station last evening and were presented in court on Friday.
GRP sources said that during the last two months, 102 foreign nationals, including seven Rohingyas, were arrested from the Agartala railway station.
