Tura, May 3: Third round of culling continued on Day 11 of the 3rd P. A. Sangma Memorial Day & Night Cricket Tournament on Friday at the Police Parade ground in Tura. Several decisive matches of the day saw lower-performing teams being eliminated from the competition.
Shallang Super Cops batted first and could only score 62 runs before being bowled out by Rongram United in 7.2 overs. However, Shallang were phenomenal with their bowling line up as they scalped all of Rongram United in just 6.4 overs sparing just 14 runs, with Om Prakash Mahanta and Suraj Guide taking most of the wickets.

Shallang Super Cops won by 48 runs against Rongram United, and Om Prakash Mahanta was awarded player of the match.
Results of other matches:
– GHADC won by 113 runs against WGH District NPYF, and Lithon was awarded player of the match.
– RS XI won by 140 runs against Ka-Raka, and Rakkam A Sangma was awarded player of the match.
– Club Mean Machine won by 29 runs against Awe Matgrik, and Afrid Ahmed was awarded player of the match.
– Square Feet won by 71 runs against Venom, and Angur Miah was awarded player of the match.
– D M Super 9 won by 52 runs against Singwil Youth Club, and Samiran Der was awarded player of the match.
– SP XI A won by 118 runs against Saksu Matgrik, and Sonu Thakur was awarded player of the match.
– TP Prince XI won by 11 runs against Hind Warriors Brothers, and Alpriang D Sangma was awarded player of the match.
