The day-4 of the 4th Inter-Mahari Men’s Football Tournament 2024 witnessed an exciting match between the Chambugong Mahari and the Rangsa Mahari at the Chandmari Football Turf in Tura on Thursday. The first half of the game saw a goalless match as both teams tried their best at scoring but were unable to convert chances. In the second half, Chambugong Mahari broke the deadlock with Tremarchwal Ch Marak scoring in the 39th minute. Rangsa Mahari equalised the scoreline after 12 minutes as Nikcheng Chuman R Marak found the back of the net in the 51st minute. As both teams scored one goal each within the stipulated time, the match culminated into a penalty shootout tie breaker.
