The FNJAC has demanded the immediate arrest of the perpetrators and a formal apology from Kuki community leaders. The committee issued a 48-hour ultimatum, warning of “appropriate measures” if their demands are not met. They also stated that Kuki leaders would be held accountable for any escalation of violence stemming from the incident.
