Shillong, July 8: The Rotary Club of Orchid City Shillong has officially inaugurated its new Rotary year 2024-25 with a fresh leadership team, for another year of community service and development initiatives.

The inaugural meeting for the Rotary year was held, at Hotel Heiga on July 3, 2024. During this meeting, Rtn. Antony War was formally installed as the President of the club, with his tenure set to continue until June 30, 2025. Additionally, Rtn. Dr. Abir Suchiang was introduced as the new Secretary.

The meeting was graced by Rtn. G. Pradeep Pillai, the Assistant Governor of Zone 13 of the Rotary International District 3240, along with other esteemed Rotary members. The gathering marked the beginning of a new chapter for the club, focusing on impactful community service and leadership.
