Itanagar, June 15: An earthquake of magnitude 4.2 occurred on Thursday at 8:51:30 IST in Arunachal Pradesh’s Pangin.
According to the National Centre of Seismology, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 30 km with a magnitude of 4.2.
Meanwhile, there have been no reports about casualties or loss of property. The tremors were also felt in nearby areas.

Earlier on June 11, an earthquake of magnitude 3.2 jolted Arunachal Pradesh’s West Kameng district at 6.34 am. As per the data provided by the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the earthquake occurred at a depth of 33 km.
