Itanagar, Aug 24: Following the recovery of two big sized unexploded bombs, sensation prevails in the Dullongmukh area in Arunachal Pradesh’s Kamle district.
According to reports, one villager of Paro village saw the bomb near Dollungmukh river.
The villager brought it to the knowledge of the police and administration and also the Indian Air Force (IAF) authority since it is near the IAF firing range.
After getting information, Kamle Superitendent of police Kardak Riba along with his team visited the site where the two unexploded bomb was located.
The two unexploded bomb is of 100 kgs and 500 kgs each in it’s original shape as per the IAF authority based at Dollungmukh.
The area have been cordoned off and sealed.
No villagers are allowed to venture near the site due to the security reason.
The SP had conducted a meeting with the GB’s and Gram panchayat members of the area and sensitized them.
Meanwhile, investigation has been launched.
