Tura, April 3: A young biker lost his life in a road accident at Bajengdoba area of North Garo Hills on Tuesday night in what police say was a case of speeding.
The incident took place at around 8.00 pm when the rider Ramdas Rabha, aged 18, was reportedly speeding on National Highway 51 when he lost control of his motorbike ML 08 A 4921 and was flung onto the road with extreme force leading to his death.
The victim hailed from Halua pata village under Kukurkata area of Krishnai police station.
