“It is a matter of concern for the people of Meghalaya. The GDP growth is one of the slowest in the NE. In a state which has the lowest per capita in the country, a state which is running in 2000 crore of budgetary deficit, a state which is the slowest growing GDP in the NE, how are the politicians of the state so rich and wealthy, how do they get richer and wealthy after every elections,” Sinha told reporters.
“I also want to ask these politicians from where they have gathered and accumulated this money from,” he said.
