Shillong, Sept 27: Director General of Police (DGP) R Chandranathan on Monday launched a booklet titled “COVID-19 Policing the New Normal” in the presence of senior police officers.
The content of the booklet has been widely contributed by the team of police officers of Meghalaya bringing out the useful compilation.
The objectives of the booklet are to review and factually analyse the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as to review actions undertaken so far to respond to an ongoing emergency as a means of identifying gaps, lessons and best practices in order to improve the overall response.
