Shillong, Dec 3: In a significant development the troops of the Border Security Force (BSF) in Meghalaya executed a operation resulting in the interception of two Bolero pickups.
The intercepted vehicles were laden with various goods, primarily sugar, with an estimated value exceeding 15 lakhs.
The intercepted goods, including a substantial quantity of sugar, were seized during the operation, showcasing the force’s commitment to combating smuggling.

Earlier, the troops had seized contraband were cattle, sugar, clothing items, and even foreign currency.
