Tura, April 30: Selsella SA secured a resounding 7-0 victory over Druma Sandruma in the 7th match of the Tura Football League super division, held at the GBHSS Chandmary Football Turf on Tuesday.
From the first minute of the match, Selsella SA outplayed their opponents with Chiranjit Rabha swiftly finding the net in the 19th minute.
Despite Druma Sandruma’s efforts to mount a comeback, luck eluded them as they faced numerous offsides and missed opportunities.
The momentum continued for Selsella SA as Saldish Momin struck a powerful goal at the 27th minute, followed by another goal from Chichang Momin at the 30th minute mark. The Selsella SA dugout erupted in celebration once again as Saldish Momin netted another goal at the 36th minute, ending the first half with a commanding 4-0 lead.
In the second half, Druma Sandruma launched a spirited attack but found Selsella SA’s defense impenetrable. Chiranjit Rabha and Saldish Momin further extended Selsella SA’s lead with goals at the 69th and 72nd minute, respectively.
As the match drew to a close, Chiranjit Rabha sealed Selsella SA’s victory with a final goal at the 83rd minute mark, showcasing the team’s exceptional skill even in the challenging conditions.
With an impressive display of talent and teamwork, Selsella SA secured a decisive 7-0 win against Druma Sandruma, reaffirming their dominance in the Tura Football League super division.
