Shillong, Feb 24: The Voice of the People Party (VPP) has won 17 seats out of 29 in the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) elections.
The National People’s Party (NPP) won 4 and the United Democratic Party (UDP) won 5, while independent candidates have managed to win in two constituencies.
