Tura, July 8: The First Tailoring School of Garobadha inaugurated its new building on Saturday at Bakrime Village, located in the Rerapara block of South West Garo Hills.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of A.C Momin, Block Development Officer (BDO) of the C&RD, along with district officials, dignitaries, and members of the general public.

The event commenced with a captivating song performance by the leaders of the Garobadha Bakrime Village organization, followed by an enthralling group dance presented by the members of the Self Help Group of Garobadha Villages.

During the inauguration program, Momin addressed the gathering and conveyed the government’s commitment to enhancing the educational landscape in the state. He commended the efforts of the Bakrime Village organization, recognizing their hard work, which had culminated in the construction of the new school building.
