Shillong, Oct 31: The Governor of Meghalaya has officially appointed F.G. Kharshiing, IPS (Retd.), as the Mission Director of the Drug Reduction, Elimination, and Action Mission (DREAM).
Kharshiing will serve an initial term of three years, with remuneration set at his last drawn pay, minus pension, plus additional allowances as permissible.
This order was issued by Sampath Kumar, Principal Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Social Welfare Department.
